Green PRAXIS is a French startup specializing in the sustainable management of natural assets, founded in 2020 by Martin Guillaume and based in Marseille. The company is developing a platform combining artificial intelligence and environmental sciences to optimize vegetation management for infrastructure (railroads, freeways, power grids) along four key dimensions: risk management, cost optimization, biodiversity and carbon footprint. With a team of 11 to 50 employees including PhDs in environmental sciences, Green PRAXIS raised 1.4 million euros in 2024 from Open CNP and AFI Ventures to accelerate its rollout in France and Europe, aiming to revolutionize vegetation cover maintenance through nature-based solutions

Objectives :
Green Praxis wanted to generate a consistent flow of highly qualified B2B appointments in a niche and technical market. The company aimed to accelerate its commercial development in France and the UK, while saving time and internal resources.
Their core objective: test new markets, reach strategic decision-makers (public and private), and secure appointments that could lead to large-scale contracts.
Issues :
Despite having a structured offer and a clear value proposition, Green Praxis was facing critical prospecting challenges that limited their commercial growth.
Two major bottlenecks were blocking progress:
A highly specific and complex ICP, difficult to identify and contact through traditional methods. Their ideal prospects often operated in technical, multi-site environments, including public institutions and specialized contractors.
No efficient tools or processes to build an actionable prospecting database. Internal efforts were both costly and unproductive, with outdated data and a lack of automation.
These issues made it extremely difficult to reach decision-makers, qualify leads effectively, and generate consistent appointments.
Solutions :
Hook Agency implemented a fully-managed outbound strategy, combining deep market targeting, high-volume execution, and real-time funnel optimization.
Here's what we did:
Built a hyper-targeted prospecting database using internal tools: company scraping, LinkedIn data enrichment, phone number/email verification, and segmentation by region and sector.
Crafted customized sales scripts and pitches, aligned with Green Praxis’s positioning and the pain points of their ideal client profiles (public decision-makers, technical buyers, etc.).
Launched and operated cold calling campaigns at scale, entirely managed by Hook’s SDRs. Each SDR was trained on the brand, and sectors were split between France and the UK for maximum relevance.
Deployed a strategic outbound funnel, including multiple call attempts, follow-ups, and reporting loops to continuously improve the campaigns’ efficiency.
The collaboration, initially launched as a 3-month test, was extended to 9 months and then renewed for another 6 months based on performance.
